HealthEdge India’s Pune workplace was designed to balance the seriousness of a technology-driven organisation with a more lively and engaging environment. The visual language brought together the character of Pune, HealthEdge’s values and the people who use the space every day.

Connecting the workplace to Pune

The design draws from Pune’s cultural character, using local references as a starting point for the visual language. Rather than treating these references as decoration, they were reinterpreted through contemporary illustration and graphic interventions that could sit naturally within the workplace.

Bringing the brand into the space

HealthEdge’s values became another important part of the environment. They were translated into visual installations that gave the brand a physical presence while keeping the workplace approachable and engaging.

Creating a visual language with different materials

The graphics were designed to work across different surfaces and situations within the office. From glass walls to larger graphic interventions, the system allowed communication, branding and visual expression to become part of the architecture.

A workplace built around belonging

The idea of belonging was brought into the space through simple, direct messages such as “I belong HE.” These interventions added a more personal layer to the workplace, connecting the visual language back to the people who inhabit it.
